Pre Construction Service

Some of our clients come to us with nothing more than an idea for their building project. Our team has extensive experience in managing the entire process, including all of the "pre-construction services."

We will take care of everything needed to get your project off the ground, including surveys, design, structural reports, planning, and any other specialist services that may be required.

Bespoke Joinery

Most of our projects include some element of joinery. This might be limited to one or two small pieces, but for larger projects, it often involves more extensive joinery packages.

Whatever the scale, we are equipped to deliver bespoke joinery as part of our construction work. Whilst we often work from architects' designs, we are just as comfortable collaborating directly with our clients to create and refine the design and overall look of the joinery.

Many of our construction projects often include landscaping and garden works. We can work from detailed designs provided by landscaping companies or we are equally comfortable creating bespoke designs in-house, directly with our clients

Timelines can vary enormously, based on the size and complexity of the project. We are often asked to give indicative timelines in the early stages of the project design. Once the final designs are agreed upon, then we can give more accurate timelines. We produce a detailed schedule for each project that we start, which outlines each phase of the project and gives our clients a clear understanding of the time involved.

If you already have an architect involved in your project, they may have provided some cost guidelines. While these can be helpful, they may not always account for everything.

Many clients want to understand the likely costs before starting the design process. We can provide outline costs at an early stage, but these can vary significantly depending on numerous factors. The complexity of the design, the scale of the refurbishment, the extent of any structural work, size of any extensions, access and a whole range of other factors will all impact the overall costs.

Material finishes can also vary widely in price, as can the installation costs for these items. We provide detailed quotes and have extensive experience in helping our clients steer or value-engineer their project into a desired cost area.

Planning permission is required for certain types of work. We can assist in determining if any aspect of you your project needs permission and help with the application process if necessary. We can also help with any other specialist permissions and services that you might need before any building works can take place.
